Who we are:

 

I am a disabled veteran. I served in the US Army with the 82nd ABN Division and the 1st Infantry Division. While with 1 ID I served in the Kosovo Campaign.

 

I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. It is a nasty form of arthritis that is causing my si joints and spine to fuse. This disease also brings severe muscle spasm, inflammation of any and all joints in the body, really messed up sleep patterns, and this effects nerves at times.

 

My wife and I had been praying about a full time ministry that we could get involved with. One day a friend, and fellow brother in Christ, asked me about starting a non-profit to help disabled people get out in God’s creation to enjoy camping, fishing, and hunting. Since that had been an idea rolling around in my head I took that as a sign and we started working on Camp Enabled By Christ. So, the website was created. Later the e-store, and now a traditional store as well, were started to support the vision and ministry God has given us. My father has also partnered with me and we prayerfully look forward to continuing in God’s work.

 

 

Through these trials I have learned that God is my rock and my strength and in Christ I am whole. I am truly….Enabled By Christ.
